Why Beauty Business Leaders Keep Coming Back

Not only have we learnt some invaluable new tools and tricks to show our team, but we have met the most incredible bunch of independent salon owners. Opening up my second salon in the last year has been quite a lonely place, and coming to an event like this has shown me that I am not alone. Thank you Phorest, you have given people the perk they needed to pep them up for the year.

The sense of community. The attention to every single detail. The speakers who challenge and inspire you. And somehow... even with a packed agenda, it never feels heavy. It feels intentional. It feels elevated. It feels aligned. Just lovely.

The Phorest team. It was evident that the team cares about their customers. Every team member truly cared if we were enjoying ourselves, they were asking for feedback, helping us solve issues all while hosting an incredible event. The Phorest culture is like nothing I have ever seen and I loved it!

The Phorest team is always the highlight for me. Learning about new features, digging deeper into reports, benchmarks. Then I enjoy the networking and community that Phorest brings together like minded salon professionals all working together to elevate our industry and each other's businesses. The speakers are always unique and I take away so much from them. The energy is amazing, it's the best way to start the year, amp's up and ready to go!!

Back from an amazing couple of days in Dublin for the Phorest Summit. The guests and speakers were truly inspirational, this company is much more than just a software company. The things they are doing for the industry and empowering businesses globally is incredible.

I really enjoyed the variety of talks and presentations. Particularly the future focused lens with Dr Lollie as a guest expert, and how different teams were encouraged to present on stage. It really helps to create para-social relationships when you see the people behind the product in a human way - on stage, and given the opportunity to shine. The Phorest culture really shone through.

I really enjoyed the mix of business-focused talks and practical insights that I could take straight back to my salon. The speakers were inspiring, and it was great to connect with other salon owners and share experiences. The overall energy of the event was motivating and made me feel excited about growing my business.

Had an absolutely fab weekend attending the Phorest Summit. Every moment was a masterclass, with guest speakers bringing unparalleled insights and inspiration.
