Requests for ticket cancellations must be submitted in writing to the conference organisers at salonsummit@phorest.com.
Tickets may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason and will receive a full refund. This applies to tickets purchased between 25 January 2026 and 10 October 2026. After the 14-day cooling-off period, tickets are non-refundable. Please note that after 10 October 2026, no cooling-off period will apply and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
By submitting this form, I confirm that I am authorised to purchase these tickets and authorise billing on behalf of the business. A confirmation email will be sent following registration. If authorisation is not confirmed or any concerns are not raised within 7 days of that email, billing will not proceed.
Ticket holders may request to transfer their ticket to another individual. All substitution requests must be made in writing to the conference organisers at least seven (7) days before the conference start date.
The conference programme, including speakers, sessions, and activities, is subject to change at the discretion of the organisers. No refunds will be issued due to changes in the programme.
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers are required to adhere to the conference code of conduct, which prohibits harassment, discrimination, and any other inappropriate behaviour. Breaches may result in removal from the conference without refund.
The conference organisers accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience incurred during the conference, including but not limited to loss or theft of personal belongings, personal injury, or illness.
By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you also agree that these terms and conditions incorporate Kwikpic’s Terms and Conditions available at https://www.kwikpic.in/policy/terms-and-conditions, and the organisers reserve the right to use such materials without further consent or compensation.
By purchasing a ticket and attending the conference, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
